B&O C-16 Little Joes

The Little Joes were Baltimore & Ohio's last 0-4-0 locomotives to ever be built. They were built in November of 1912 and worked the Pratt Street Running trackage in the Inner Harbor area of Baltimore. In 1926, only Nos. 96 & 99 were transferred to Philadelphia at this time and 97 & 98 stayed in Baltimore until 1951. By 1951 all Little Joes had been scrapped.

East Wash No. 11 & 12 (ex-ACL)

download (17).jpeg

East Washington Railway No. 11 & 12 were ex-Atlantic Coast Line locomotives built in the 1890s. They arrived to the line when it was still the Chesapeake Beach Railway in 1933. They were the only motive power once the railroad changed it's name in 1935 after bankrupcy. They were soon withdrawn and scrapped in 1948 when diesels began rolling in.

Pennsylvania B1 Electric

Pennsylvania Railroad No. 3916 & 3917 were built in 1926 and served the New York area until the 30s when they came back to Philadelphia. They were permanently coupled together until their return and were seperated to move on their own. They worked the Sunnyside yards in New York & Penn Coach yard until 1960. By 1960 both engines were scrapped.
